Applies to: The privately operated Novafuture.ai (“App”), used solely by the owner/operator for personal social media management (no public users, no sales/subscriptions).
These Terms are provided for convenience and are not legal advice. If you have compliance obligations in a specific jurisdiction, consider asking a lawyer to review.

The App connects the operator’s own social accounts to create, schedule, publish, and analyze posts; manage a media library; and use automation tools (e.g., bulk scheduling, calendar, link shortener).
Personal use only. The App is accessible only to the owner/operator.
No public access. We do not offer accounts, services, or subscriptions to third parties.
Age. This App is not intended for children; no public sign-ups are available.
As the sole user, you agree to:
Follow platform rules. When connecting Meta products (Facebook/Instagram) or any other platforms, you must comply with their terms and developer policies (e.g., Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies).
Use lawful content only. Don’t upload or publish illegal content, infringing, or violating platform community standards.
Respect rate limits & automation rules. Don’t attempt to bypass API limits or use prohibited automation.
Maintain security. Keep credentials, OAuth tokens, and server access secure.
Be truthful. Do not misrepresent your identity or the origin of content the App publishes on your behalf.
The App relies on third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook/Instagram) to function. Those APIs may change, break, or be revoked at any time, which can impact features (publishing, analytics, etc.).
If you remove the App’s access in a platform’s settings (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Apps and Websites / Business Integrations), publishing and data retrieval will stop and tokens will be revoked; data deletion obligations apply as described in our Privacy Policy and Meta’s rules (including the data deletion callback).
Your content. You retain rights to content you create and publish through the App. You grant the App the permissions needed to store, process, and publish your content to connected platforms.
Third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including media, music, and trademarks.
Platform branding & IP. Names and logos of platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) are the property of their respective owners, used for identification only.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy posted on Novafuture.ai. That policy explains what data is processed (e.g., OAuth tokens, scheduled posts, analytics) and your deletion controls, including instructions that satisfy Meta’s public data-deletion requirements.
You agree not to use the App to:
Publish unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
Harass, spam, or manipulate metrics;
Circumvent API security, rate limits, or review processes;
Collect or process platform data in ways that violate platform terms or permissions (e.g., using data beyond what the granted scopes allow under Meta policies).
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App to address security, platform/API changes, or maintenance.
Functionality may degrade or cease if platforms change their APIs, permissions, or enforcement.
As-is / As-available. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No guarantee of continued API access. We do not control third-party platforms; ongoing compatibility is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to operate the App (typically hosting and licensing costs under your control).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novafuture.ai from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the App, or your breach of these Terms or of third-party platform terms.
These Terms apply while you use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and may revoke platform access through each platform’s settings. We may restrict or disable functionality if we believe continued operation creates security, compliance, or legal risk.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the App and connected platforms.
Replace with your preferred governing law and venue (e.g., “Laws of Greece; courts of Athens”).
We may update these Terms to reflect functionality, security, or legal changes. We’ll update the Effective date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
